Resources prepares testimony. This includes reviewing basic
complaint cases, checking records and depositions, and
identifying whether a facility met standards of care or not. We
will even take the stand and testify on your behalf.
Customer service appraisals
Are you making a good first impression? Are questions answered honestly? Is your facility grounds and rooms neat? Are the residents happy and well cared for? Consulting Resources plays the role of the “secret shopper.” Upon completion of our secret shopper visit, a written report with findings will be provided and an optional verbal exit conference is available.
Policies and procedures
If your policies and procedures need changes, Consulting Resources can review and edit them to reflect state regulations and industry best practices. Starting from scratch? We have pre-written templates available.
Interim administrator
Consulting Resources can arrange for licensed administrators who are seasoned fill-ins for the short or long term. . They can jump in at a moment’s notice and manage all aspects of your ALF, RCF or SNF facility such as keeping in compliance with the regulations, collecting accounts receivable, paying the bills, hiring staff, marking, and maintaining communications with regional staff and facility owners.
Maximizing reimbursement
Consulting Resources will compare services rendered to residents versus services being billed to make sure you are capturing all of your potential revenue. We can also check staffing levels to see if they are appropriate for the workload and make recommendations on how to remedy.
